ACV was founded more than a year ago. The spare time required to program the (modified) website-content and, especially, to develop the ACVacars program was tremendous. Nevertheless, I gave not up and now, one year later, I can say that ACV is on good ways. In one or two months ACV is going operational, including the recruitment of further pilots.
At the beginning, the fleet will consist of several B-727-200F, B-737-200F for the short to medium range routes and of several L-1011-200F and DC-10-30F for the medium to long range routes. The SA227-BC METROLINER III (Cargo) will be included afterwards. It is planned to include the DC-8-73F and the B-777-200F a few months later.
It will be possible to perform the flights with our ACVacars from scratch. That guarantees fairness and objectivity. Furthermore, the VA-CEO does not need to personally check each flight-log in every aspect. The flight-log is automatically reviewed and accepted/declined by ACVacars.
More news coming soon.
